Further to the announcement that all grassroots football in England is postponed for the foreseeable future and the financial uncertainty that Covid-19 is causing, Wembdon Junior Football Club is happy for the payment of the monthly subscriptions to stop from April for the remainder of the 2019/20 season.
The club is doing all it can to minimise any expenditure during this time, but if parents and carers are happy to continue paying subscriptions it would be appreciated so that we limit the amount of our reserves that we use.
The stopping of subscriptions must be initiated by the parent/carer through their bank, the club cannot reimburse the funds once they have been paid.
The committee will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate when more is known.
